Our maple syrup is made with maple sap harvested fresh from trees on our own property. We boil the sap over well controlled propane burners with great care to produce a light amber premium product with very good flavor. No burnt after taste. Our syrup is great to pour over pancakes, waffles, french toast, cereal, and other foods and is also great for cooking and baking. Add it to your favorite cornbread recipie.
