We are a year round mushroom growing facility. We specialize in high quality gourmet mushrooms grown without GMOs. We grow all of the products we sell. Some of our varieties are sourced from spores collected from local wild mushrooms.

We service a radius of about 60 miles from North Branch which includes the Twin Cities Metro Area. We are currently producing and selling mushrooms grown in one fruiting room. Our facility includes four fruiting rooms so we will increase production according to sales.
Business Experience
This is our first year in business. We are currently selling to gourmet restaurants, food co-ops and small distributors. We are producing a higher quality product in terms of size and appearance than is currently available in grocery stores.
