Grill Like a Pro: 1)Start with open vents. 2) Wait until you see ash to start cooking. 3)5-10 min = high heat, 25-30 min = medium heat. 4)Before placing the grill plate on top, grease with oil and a paper towel. 5)Open vents for more heat and close for less. 6)Push coals to one side for differing levels of heat.
