“Meat” & Greet @ Phillips Farmstead
July 17 @ 11:00 am - 3:00 pm
Hello Neighbors and Friends!
We want to welcome you to the Phillips Farmstead to hang out, get to know us (your local farmers), and eat our delicious, pasture raised, grown on site, chicken (for freeeeee)!
We’ll be grilling all afternoon, so bring your friends and your appetite, and if you’d like to be neighborly, a side dish to add to the spread. There will be corn hole to play, and a tractor ride around the farm at 1:00pm! Visit with our flock of sheep, see how we raise the chickens, and learn all about our mission to raise good food in a sustainable and regenerative way!
If you taste our chicken, and LOVE IT (which is what we suspect will happen) we’ll have whole frozen chickens for sale, and a sign up sheet for our next pick up day for FRESH chickens, which will be Saturday July 24.
Get to know your local farmers and see how beautiful and delicious GOOD FARMING AND GOOD FOOD can be!
Hope to see you there!
