Farmers Market

An afternoon of learning and fun will start with a farmers market featuring the wares and products of local farmers such as beeswax candles, tallow lotions, herb salts and teas, wool crafts, apple cider, produce, and cottage foods. Kids activities and games will keep the little ones busy while you meet area farmers and shop for goods.

Regenerative Farm Tour

The market will be followed by an immersive soil health talk and regenerative farm tour. You will traverse the pastures to meet the cows, sheep, pigs, and chickens of Medicine Creek Farm while learning about rotational grazing practices, beneficial microbes, carbon sequestration, and livestock guardian dogs.

Cocktail Hour & Farmer Chat

We’ll then host a cocktail hour while we prepare our family style meal. Mingle with guests, chat with the farmers, and enjoy the scenery while enjoying locally sourced beverages selected by Libation Project.

Butcher’s Dinner

Settle into a rustic dinner featuring cured pork, barbecued lamb, farmstead brick oven bread, cheese and Jersey-cow butter, herbaceous condiments, and organic salads and sides. Prepared in collaboration with Y-ker Acresbutcher Brian Merkel and Baptism River Barbecue Co with locally-sourced ingredients. Full drink service will be graciously provided by Libation Project featuring drinks and wine from local and natural producers with non-alcoholic options available.

Barn Dance

Following dinner, the hayloft will be hopping with the two-stepping sounds of classic country band Heartbreak Affair as we revive the tradition of the old-fashioned barn dance. A cash bar will be available throughout the dance.

Tickets are sliding scale from $50-75 and cover all activities, including cocktail hour and dinner drinks (alcohol and NA). Tickets for kids 12 and under are free. A cash bar will also be available throughout the dance.
