South Central College’s Culinary Arts program is hosting Savor which will feature an unforgettable menu on Thursday, March 1, 2018. Gourmet food will be paired with an array of handcrafted Chankaska wines for you to savor. The expertise of renowned chef Michael Broughten will be complemented by the skills of up‑and‑coming chefs in SCC’s Culinary Arts program to provide our guests with an unforgettable dining experience.
The event is scheduled to begin with a 6:00 p.m. unveiling of the heavy hors d’oeuvres and wine on Thursday, March 1, 2018. A dessert auction will also begin at 7 p.m. Cost for the evening’s festivities are $100 per person.
